गुगुल एक औषधीय पौधा है जिससे हमें गोंद के रूप में गुगुल प्राप्त होता है। ज़्यादातर गुगुल राजस्थान और राजस्थान की सीमा से लगे मध्यप्रदेश से प्राप्त किया जाता है। भारत में सबसे ज्यादा गुगुल इन्हीं क्षेत्रों से मिलता है। गुगुल की पत्तियाँ छोटी होती हैं और फल बेर के समान। गुगुल का प्रयोग सबसे ज्यादा प्रयोग हवन सामग्री और औषधि बनाने में किया जाता है।

औषधि बनाने हेतु गुगुल को वैद्य और विशेषज्ञों की देख-रेख में शुद्ध करके प्रयोग किया जाता है।

प्रयोग:

• धूप और हवन में, इससे वातावरण शुद्ध होता है और हवा में मौजूद वायरस खत्म होता है।
• गुगुल का पानी के साथ पेस्ट बनाकर ललाट पर लेप करने से सिरदर्द दूर होता है।
• पानी के साथ गुगुल का पेस्ट बनाकर नाभि के ऊपर लेप लगाने से पेट दर्द में आराम मिलता है।
• प्रतिदिन गुगुल जलाने से घर में सकारात्मक ऊर्जा बढ़ती है।

Guggul is a medicinal plant from which we get Guggul in the form of gum. Most of the Guggul is obtained from Madhya Pradesh bordering Rajasthan and Rajasthan. Most of the Guggul is found in India from these areas. The leaves of Guggul are small and the fruit is like a berry. Guggul is most commonly used in making incense and medicine.

To make medicine, guggul is purified and used under the supervision of doctors and experts.

Uses:

• In incense and hawan, it purifies the atmosphere and kills the virus present in the air.
• Make a paste of guggul with water and apply it on the forehead, it ends headache.
• Make a paste of guggul with water and apply it on the navel, it provides relief in stomachache.
• By burning Guggul daily, positive energy increases in the house.
